Tuesday and hold on

I have a good friend that loves to jump out of aeroplanes and not on the ground but when they are very high in the sky moving very fast. He has often told me that you would love it Harold someday you got to try it.
Well there aren't a lot of things this old biker, dope head drunk turned RELIGIOUS hasn't tried. Like a good friend of mine often tells me hey Harold ya got religion hey. RELIGIOUS that's the last thing I ever want to be is religious.
But back to my friend who jumps out of planes, he was telling me that when you get to the ground you have to start running so when contact happens with the ground you don,t kill yourself.
Well that's what kind of day today has been, Diane and I just got back home and God's blessings are pouring out on His faithful. No matter where we went as we got back into the blessing path, the blessings poured out on the ranch. Last week we had to return the trailer we were borrowing and blessed to be able to use so we were a bit concerned as to how we would haul materials donated to the ranch. Well yesterday and today so much materials have been donated for the welding shop and the barn, corrals along with a donation from the hospital that we had to find a trailer to get the blessings out to the ranch. I no sooner jumped back into our faithful infinity and another call, it was our friend John and he said he had a goose neck trailer and if we needed it? well then come and and get it. We also got a call from Wayne who works at a recovery center outside of Calgary and would like to come and see for himself what the ranch is all about, so he said I think I'll pack up my tools and come out on on Saturday April 3o for the Lodge roof raising Bee. WOW will he be blessed.
I then stopped at another call I had to make and Jim said I got a crane sitting here can you use it out at the ranch. And another company will send out a crane and an operator when ever we need them. Two semi loads of lumber donated for the barn construction and more if we need it. And right now even this old biker can hardly see through the tears as we get to be a little part of God's plan to build lives and to focus on JESUS and only Him as the world is a hurting place even many churches are struggling under seeker freindly confusion. Jesus came to set the captives free, Jesus came for the sick and hurting in the world out there around us.
Diane and I go to be part of a pro-life march and as always what a blessing it is to be with those with the courage to do what's right and not ashamed to take a public stand. Elijah slew the profits of BAAL on MT. Carmel as a stand against the forces of darkness that were doing child sacrifices in the land. Were are the Elijah's today, where in our land hundreds of babies are being systematically destroyed every day. Many are so deceived to think God will allow the shedding of innocent blood over and over again every day. The question not about how often we make it to church, what church we go, how we pray, or if we tithe the right way, but how long will God withhold his judgment and anger on the people that know the truth and yet condone and are complacent to take a stand for righteousness. In the end, we often find that we have spent a lot of time running up ladders and down trails that lead us no where valuable. Jesus gives the answer to the question of being successful, being someone or finding purpose in Matthew 6:33 where he says: SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND ALL HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS AND ALL THESE THINGS SHALL BE ADDED UNTO YOU.

There is only one way to peace, a great life, good night sleeps, and success that will last for an eternity and that is through knowing, loving and following the greatest leader that ever was or ever will be Jesus Christ. Right now how many of you are saying that is simply my opinion and you would be right. But ya know if you would only give Jesus a try I know it would soon become your opinion too.
Oh ya about my friend that says I'm religious, The truth is I am not one little bit religious but I do have an incredible friend that I have built an incredible relationship with He knows my name, every grey hair on this square heads, head, He shed His blood for me ( a wretch like me) so I can live free and help and tell others about His incredible love for us. Jesus is the name He goes by in case you didn't know. The Battle River Ranch Camp is a place you can find Him, just ask those who stay away, they know that being near Jesus you may do things the world won't like, even a big mean biker once told me that. Go figure!!!!

At the time crucifixion was the "worst" death. Only the worst criminals condemned to be crucified. Yet it was even more dreadful for Jesus, unlike other criminals condemned to death by crucifixion, Jesus was to be nailed to the cross by His hands and feet.

Each nail was 6 to 8 inches long. The nails were driven into His wrist. Not into His palms as is commonly portrayed. There's a tendon in the wrist that extends to the shoulder. The Roman guards knew that when the nails were being hammered into the wrist, that tendon would tear and break, forcing Jesus to use His back muscles to support himself so that He could breathe. Both of His feet were nailed together. Thus He was forced to support Himself on the single nail that impaled His feet to the cross. Jesus could not support himself with His legs because of the pain, so He was forced to alternate between arching His back then using his legs just to continue to breathe. Imagine the struggle, the pain, the suffering, the courage. Jesus endured this reality for over 3 hours. Yes, over 3 hours! Can you imagine this kind of suffering? A few minutes before He died, Jesus stopped bleeding. He was simply pouring water from his wounds. From common images, we see wounds to His hands and feet and even the spear wound to His side... But do we realize His wounds were actually made in his body. A hammer driving large nails through the wrist, the feet overlapped and an even large nail hammered through the arches, then a Roman guard piercing His side with a spear. But before the nails and the spear, Jesus was whipped and beaten. The whipping was so severe that it tore the flesh from His body. The beating so horrific that His face was torn and his beard ripped from His face. The crown of thorns cut deeply into His scalp. Most men would not have survived this torture. He had no more blood to bleed out, only water poured from His wounds. The human adult body contains about 3.5 liters (just less than a gallon) of blood. Jesus poured all 3.5 liters of his blood; He had three nails hammered into His members; a crown of thorns on His head and, beyond that, a Roman soldier who stabbed a spear into His chest. All these without mentioning the humiliation He passed after carrying His own cross for almost 2 kilometers, while the crowd spat in his face and threw stones (the cross was almost 30 kg of weight, only for its higher part, where His hands were nailed). Jesus had to endure this experience, so that you can have free access to God. So that your sins could be "washed" away. All of them, with no exception! Don't ignore this situation.

JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR YOU!
