What a blessed Saturday. Promise Keepers at the Baptist church. Met a lot of new guys and got to talk to a lot of guys that I haven't seen in a while. That's the great part of promise keepers the fellowship and the speakers are always challenging.

Ted Dibiase the million dollar man of the WWF was our main speaker. What a life he lived and what a better finish he now has once he realized the real purpose of life is Jesus.

Also good to see Tim, Archie, Bruce, Tex, Darryle and Gary all from differant parts of the country but coming together to be better husbands and fathers. A little efford in this area goes a long way. Even got to meet and talk to a guy from Watrous.

Diane was away at a womens confrence in Edmonton today and will be home this evening. So all in all we had a great day going our seperate ways but coming back todether will be great looking forward to diane getting home. Oh ya I did buy her a dozen roses just to make sure she realizes how much I love and miss her.

Saturday's Prayer

When the world tries to drag us down and the angry waves of life go over our heads, We need to turn to you, our Lord and Savior. You are the rock, our place of refuge and our only hope. We pray that you never leave us alone in the battle. Protect us from our weakness and fears, free each and every one us from our fears and give us the strength to carry on. Amen.
