Thursday A Day of Victory

What a blessing to be able to be able to go and help Terry and Jacqui today and then off to our friends at thier dental office. I don't believe that you can feel any more at home than when your with real friends, and that's the atmosphere at Life Time Dental in Kindersley. Our lives started in Kindersley and also the vision for the ranch, and many thanks to the fine folks from Kindersley that stand by us as we watch the ranch come to life. Diane and I stopped in at the ranch to check how the day went and Diane headed up to feed the horses, and I checked a few other projects.

We ran into a lot of other friends when we stopped into the Co-op deli for some lunch and they all asked for info about the ranch. When you pray that God would prepare the way ahead He always does it in a perfect way. One person commented that it's great that God is working all over the world, but it's also wonderful to see that He's working in lives right here at home.

We are told that the weather will be a lot nicer for the next few days and so we will try to finish a few more small projects before it gets to cold. We have a lot of volonteers heading out to the ranch this weekend so if you can spare a few hours or the whole day we have a job for you and some great food and fellowship. So they loaded up the truch and they headed out to the Battle River Ranch Camp, or something like that.

PR (which means praise report) - We got to use the big heater that was donated by Princess Auto today and does it ever work great. Thank you so much to the management and staff, you guys are great. And we are blessed

A parents prayer
Lord we know that You are the only perfect parent. Thank You for loving our children more than we ever can or are able to. Thank You for listening and inspiring our prayers for our children. Help us to be faithful in standing by you as You provide the answers, strength and peace. Help us to see our part in this situation that our child is in, and to have the courage to do whatever we can and must do to help him or her. We confess our wrongs to you and ask that you redeem us and create in us new hearts. Hearts that love our children unconditionally. Help us to forgive each other and our children, and to understand that they are made in your image and you love them dearly. Dear Lord let this be the prayer of an obedient and fully commited heart. We ask now, and always to seek and to allow the Holy Spirit to lead us into all understanding. In Jesus name we pray

Amen
Colossians 4:2
"Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving."
