Our beautiful 5 month old grandaughter has been watching a few too many exercise shows. Wow we are impressed Araeya, look out 2030 world olympics.
Sushi has become the new food craving every where and boy does Sobe's ever do it right. So ironic that 30 years ago we would take a bottle or a case over when visiting friends now we take Sushi with wassabi chaser.
Bruce and Charlene are so twisted and out of wack just like every one of us were with that first new grandchild and the second and the third and so on and so on and so on. Now their buying Harley Davidson clothes for her and getting her ready for that first big ride next spring.
Doug and Sveta our friends from Edmonton are in for the Pastor's confrence at the Word Church and we spent time visiting at Verses.
Marriages need challenges, and if we don't seek challenges that we can conquer together we may face challenges that tear us apart. As we work together on chosen challenges it prepares us for those ahead. Yea there are going to be many unexpected challenges that all of us will face, but why not be prepared and strong like a well prepared army that prepares for the unexpected. As we take on the challenges we face, our marriages build character and strength, that in turn writes a story about a journey that will live on in the lives of the generation to follow. It's amazing how when we take our focus off of our selves and what we feel we deserve, to what will build a legacy that can and will help marriages become rooted in and on the rock, our families tend to follow. " Jesus is the Rock " -Go Figure-
Had a lot of folks to meet with today and every where God open and prepared the situation. He has such a way of allowing the Holy Spirit to do what He does best, and then we need only to be obiedient in seeking the best for His Kingdom.
The plans and ideas that God is puttting in the minds and on the hearts of so many for the ranch and all those that will benifit is so encouraging to us all. Diane and I often find it hard to believe that God could use us in an incredible plan not to mention all the faithful that support this ministry, standby and encourage us daily as we press on.
I remembader when I was 12 years old and my dad put me on the tractor pulling a plow ( or discer ) I was so concerned with going straight and watching that front wheel that not till I got all the way around the field did I notice that the discer wasn't in the ground. God says get your hands on the plow and don't look back.
With a full table for supper we are so blessed with family and friends that stand by each other as we strive to honor our Lord and Savior in all we do say and think. Thank you Jesus.
Matthew 6:9-13 (King James Version)
9After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11Give us this day our daily bread.
12And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
THE LORD'S PRAYER
Matthew 6:9-13 (New International Version)
9"This, then, is how you should pray:
" 'Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
10your kingdom come,
your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
11Give us today our daily bread.
12Forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
