Tuesday's trivia

A real day of experiencing life from one end to the other. This morning Diane headed into Saskatoon to see our new grandson and this afternoon I went the other direction to a friends funeral where I met up with Joey, Mel, Blaine, Elisa and the kids was it ever great to see them there. We need to be so thankful each and every day that God has given us family and friends to stand with through the hard times and to know that they will be there for us when we need them also. Had a great visit with Max a friend from camp days and he's definately a great example to his family and the community around him. He shared about how his mother in law was struggling to stay on her own in a senior's housing unit and how he and his wife and thier sons chose to bring her home to live with them. They planned it ahead of time and discussed the options, the differant sinario's, and the bottom line is, they made it happen, and today everyone is getting along and the mom is getting the needed help and family support that we all need.
Also met up with a great couple that we knew from Caronport, they heard about the ranch and wanted to know more about the whole plan so I did what God has gifted us to do best right now and I let them have the whole 9 yards. I shared the vision and left them with an info package and DVD, and they may show up for the information breakfast on thursday morning at the Best Western in the Canadian Room at 7:00 am. It's amazing the people you meet whereever one goes, as we met another couple that live only a few miles from the Ranch and said they watch everytime they drive by to see the way things are progressing and they are excited that this type of a facility is going to be so close to them. God told me to share the vision and He'll bring the people to make it all happen and many will find purpose for their lives and communities will be changed. What a blessing and opportunity to be part of God's plan to reach a community. Diane and I don't let a day go by that we fail to count our blessings and to see how a commuity can and will come together to provide the opportunity needed by others to move ahead with their lives. We have a friend that said for a while he stood back and just watched but he got tired of missing out on all the excitement with the ranch. And now there is hardly a day goes by that he isn't working on some part of the ranch development. We know that there are many more hands needed to bring this all together because we can't do it alone. So if you feel God's tugging at your heart to use some of your gifts on this project, please pray about it and come get involved, we would love to hear from you and we know that there are alot more of you, that God has put in to place to useyour gifts to help us with our spring start up. So give us a call or stop by for tea and tell us how you feel God's calling you to help. Once again thank you and God bless you all.
