Mondays momentum

The pace of the ranch project is picking up and we are all feeling the strain. Most of us are putting in no less than 12 hour days and they are days filled with many decisions and jobs to be done. To do a project like this without the help of a strong board and the community would be almost impossible. That's why we are so blessed as the Lord continues to put the right people into place to help us move along. He also daily is our strength and encouragement. I now see why Noah and his family boarded the boat alone, everyone else gave up and went back to living as the world would have it, thinking he was a quack.
We are so blessed as daily, new people come on board to help us move along with new and exciting attitudes about the ranch. It's often hard to think of a project like this as part of our lives, because it does consume so much of our time. I remember as we were having our children, friends would say, "when are you going to stop, you know enough is enough, you'll never have any time for yourselves," and, "how will you ever give them everything they want." God has such an incredible plan for this ark and that's all that matters, so we press on to a higher call and a higher purpose. I was asked the other day, "when will you ever get a chance to ride your motorcycle again?" or "when will you get out and have some fun?" They tell me I might as well sell it cause I'll probably not get to ride it for a few years now that we've started the ranch. It does take a lot of hard work to do a project like this and we knew that from the start. That's one of the questions I asked God, how can we do this? God made it clear that He has put it on the hearts of those that will help and it will be done. We see that every day, all the people God brings alongside us is so amazing. We have so much to be thankful for.
Today as I was talking to Emile and I apologized for calling him for so much help, he stopped me mid -sentence and said, "Harold don't you ever stop calling and asking for help." The same happened yesterday with Jon from Action towing, he said, "Harold, you just let me know what you need , that's what I said and I mean it." We are so thankful to the many that travel from Saskatoon, Edmonton, Hiesler and whereever else to build the Kingdom of God.

We also are so thankful to Jason and Jeff that do such a great job over at Cat rentals and they are doing all they can to help us get the ranch built.

I also stopped in at Barr engineering and Ryan made a few changes to the Lodge prints that help keep us moving along with that Project also. P.T.L.

Our front tires on the backhoe are ready to blow and one even has a cut through to the tube. so please pray that we can get some new tires for the backhoe. If any one of you knows where we can find some used ones that would be fine also and we would be so blessed. They are 11-H-16 tires especially made for the load carried by a backhoe. God bless one and all.

2 Corinthians 9:6-8 (New International Version)

Sowing Generously
"6Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. 7Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 8And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

Once again with all our hearts we thank you all, for what is a miracle before our eyes, and the blessing that we get to do the will of God as we all have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those we love. God bless you all Harold, Diane and the Board of directors of the Battle River Ranch Camp.
