Wednesday Report

We are settled in at an old millitary base about one hour from Halifax. Just outside of our door and a short walk down the way is an underground safe bunker one of Canada's underground bunkers that was constructed during the time that John Diefenbaker was Prime Minister and the name of the bunker was the Diefenbunker. We are hoping that we will be able to tour the under ground facility while we are here. Today, being Remembrance day and a stat holiday everything was closed, including many main road ways. Diane and I headed to the airport and picked up Luke and Vicky. We took them out to the retreat center for the board meetings, then I had to go back to Truro to take the rental SUV back so am now without wheels. Then back out to the Debert Hospitality Centre for the National Christian Heritage party board meetings which start in the morning. So tonight we get a bit of a break to relax. Yeah! Today we had the opportunity to share the ranch vision with Luke Quantes from Northern B.C. Please pray that we would be able to do the ranch presentation at the youth event Friday evening, as we don't have a vehicle and the meetings could go into the evening if they don't flow quickly. Also that Diane and I would get a bit more rest as we have put in very long days and have not had a lot of rest time since we arrived. Some nights only 4 or 5 hours sleep so we feel a bit weary. Each day has been great and very action packed, but now we need to stay alert for the meetings. Miss you all at home and wish you could be here, it's a really neat part of the country but we are getting a little tired of Timmy's food. It'll be nice to eat at the centre here for a few days. (not that it's been only Timmy's) just today for lunch and supper and yesterday for lunch and many times in between. We have not had the prayer time here that we are used to back home so anyone of you that can spare a few of your prayer minutes please pray for us as we wind down our stay here in the wonderful province of Nova Scotia. Gods warmest and richest blessing be with you all. Romans 12:9 - 21
