Pastor Lyle had some great teaching on fear today and how it holds us back from our potential. I heard it once said that living in fear is one way of dying before your time. Often we bind ourselves in chains of our own making and never accomplish what God has planned for us. We had a great day today, after church we picked up some lunch and headed north about a hour and a half to spend the afternoon with friends that are really helping us with the ranch project. Gerry and Judy Ritz have been a great help with the planning and have been very encouraging to us as we move along for a spring start to the construction and building of the Battle River Project. They have such a heart for the purpose of the ranch and the need for such a facility. God has a way of bringing all that's needed together for His purpose. The Infinity got a bit stuck and Gerry had no problem towing us in. We had a great visit and were very blessed.
I guess you could say the peroging of parliament kept the Infinity on the right track!
ReplyDeleteI completely agree that fear can and does bind us from achieving good works . Our memory is short and if we only recall the times God has brought us through our Red Sea we would remember " If God has brought us to it, He will see us through it!
