Terrific Tuesday

This is one of the biggest days we have been waiting for, for the last year and half.  After all the planning and preparing and public oppinion  we have an  approved development permitt and that means we are getting closer all the time to starting to dig and build.  Engineers are working on electrical and mechanical drawings as we speak, and hopefully we can get our building permitt this week yet.  In the last 6 months, as Diane and I are out fund raising and seeking partners in the ranch development we have felt the greatest hold back to the financial support, that we need to move this project ahead is the fact that we don't have any construction or buildings on the property yet.  Even though we have had signs put up,  serveyors marking out the property and  buildings, and drilling rigs doing ground samples, it still didn't seem like much was happening, or was it really ever going to happen.  But it is real and it is happening, our first building is on the way and permitts are being approved and the professional help to build and construct the buildings are in place.  We do now need your help financially to complete the next phase of the ranch project.  We need $18 to $20,000.oo for the foundation, rebar and concrete.   If you would seek God's direction as to how you can help us, or if you could share the vision with someone who can help us or that Diane and I could do a presentation to those who would be interested in this life skills ranch.  We would be honored to do a presentation to anyone or any organization.  We would like to have the foundation in this fall so we can work on erecting the building over the winter and be in it in the spring to start training. Also meetings with our safety co-ordinator are going well and he will have a program together very soon.  The day went well and as a good friend phoned and said today, this vision has a green light so go in the confidence that God is in charge, and that our God Reigns.  Be blessed as you rest and goodnight to all.
